1.Diploma/ B-Tech Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
2.Total 15 Years and minimum 10 yrs in UAE.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Oversee the construction project from start to finish.

10.Solid understanding of construction means and methods for wood framed structures using the latest UBC and IBC code criteria.
11.Demonstrates ability to evaluate risk to the business and or project.
12.Proven history of strong analytical and technical skills related to construction means & methods.
13.Various reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis or as required by VP of Construction.
14.Strong document management that ensures all required project documentation is covered/included in each projects lifecycle and compliant with project retention policies.
15.Ability to close-out each project and process final invoices, subcontractor billings, change orders, final lien waivers, and submit final close-out check list.
