The role we are looking for an experienced property leasing consultant who will be responsible for the leasing of our own residential and managed units within Dubai, UAE.
Duties & responsibilities:
– Present our properties in the best light to promote lettings
– Provide honest professional advice to tenants
– Consistently achieve monthly targets
– Deal with calls for lease properties
– Resolve tenant issues
– Manage the move in and out process and report on the physical condition of the property and all financial arrangements
– Work within tight deadlines and achieve results, with or without direct supervision
– update the company about the physical condition of the property, and financial arrangements.
– Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
– Perform all other duties assigned.
Salary offered: TBD
– Good Basic Salary and bonus Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree
– At least 3 Years’ experience, ideally more, within Property rental and Management in Dubai
– Have Knowledge and Experience of working with Master key system- Fully proficient in excel and word.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Must have good written and verbal skills in English
– Knowledge of all Real Estate Laws and their applications
– UAE Driving License and has an own car- RERA Broker ID Card is a definite advantage
– Transferable Visa

The Successful Applicant
 The successful candidate must have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a managerial level in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company in the UAE.
 You must have gained experience in a developed market place / multinational organization.
 It is essential that you hold a College Degree. Having a UAE Driving License is a must.
 You must have developed strong managing capabilities and should be a team player.
 Preferred nationalities: Arab, Western, South and North African.

CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience • High school diploma or GED 2 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area. This position primarily handles complex events. Ensures a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales. Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events. Supports and acts on behalf of the Director of Event Management or Director of Event Planning and Operations in his/her absence. Serves as the event planner’s primary contact following turnover on property and is responsible for his/her experience. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience • High school diploma or GED 2 years experience in the event management or related professional area. OR • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major no work experience required.
